Welcome to GOT University. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", "Visitor", or "You") and GOT University ("GOT University", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of our website located at https://www.gotuniversity.org, our learning management portal, educational content, virtual classrooms, tests, online store, and associated integrations (collectively, the "Platform").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, purchasing items, or participating in courses or live sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Account Eligibility and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to create an account and access paid services or store offerings.
  • Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of this data.
  • Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify GOT University immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. GOT University cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • No Shared Accounts: Accounts are for individual use only. You may not sell, transfer, or share your login credentials or course access with any third party.

2. Educational Content, Courses, and Testing

  • License to Access: Subject to these Terms and timely payment of any applicable fees, GOT University grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view course materials, lectures, quizzes, and practice tests solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
  • Academic Integrity: Students participating in courses, quizzes, and tests agree to adhere to standard academic honesty policies. You must not submit work that is not your own, cheat on assessments, share exam questions or answers, or use unauthorized materials or artificial intelligence tools where prohibited by instructors.
  • Certifications and Accreditations: Certificates of completion or achievement are issued solely at the discretion of GOT University based upon the successful fulfillment of course requirements, passing scores, and verified attendance.

3. Online Store, Payments, and Refunds

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices displayed for courses, digital goods, materials, and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or course offering at any time.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the specified fees.
  • Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific course or product page, all course enrollment fees, digital downloads, and testing fees are non-refundable once content has been accessed, started, or downloaded. Inquiries regarding refunds or billing disputes should be submitted via our Support Desk within 7 days of purchase.

4. Live Classes and Third-Party Integrations (Including Zoom)

  • Virtual Classrooms: GOT University integrates with third-party software—including Zoom Video Communications—to facilitate live classes, webinars, and group discussions.
  • Compliance with Third-Party Terms: When participating in live sessions via Zoom or other connected tools, you agree to comply with the respective third-party terms of service and acceptable use policies in addition to these Terms.
  • Session Etiquette & Conduct: Disruptive behavior, hate speech, harassment, inappropriate video/audio broadcasts, or unsolicited advertising during live sessions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible account termination.
  • Recordings and Privacy: Live sessions may be recorded by instructors for educational, review, or archival purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that your audio, video, or chat comments may be captured in the recording. You are strictly prohibited from privately recording, capturing, screenshotting, or distributing session recordings without written consent from GOT University.

5. Prohibited User Conduct
You agree that you will NOT:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, record, sell, or exploit any portion of the site’s content, course lectures, test questions, or proprietary materials.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, trojan horses, or code designed to disrupt, compromise, or limit the functionality of the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or scrape any software or proprietary content on the Platform.
  • Impersonate any person, instructor, or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with GOT University.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to design, text, software, logos, videos, audio, exams, curriculum structures, and visual presentations, belong exclusively to GOT University or its licensors. No right, title, or interest in any materials is transferred to you aside from the limited personal use license explicitly stated in Section 2.

7. Account Suspension and Termination
GOT University reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to your account and the Platform for any conduct that violates these Terms, academic integrity policies, or applicable laws, or which harms other users or the reputation of GOT University.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The Platform and all related courses, services, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
  • No Guarantee of Outcome: GOT University does not guarantee employment, academic credit transferability, or specific career advancement outcomes as a result of taking our courses or passing tests.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOT University, its directors, officers, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will adjust the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
